President of the Kurdistan Regional Government Nechirvan Barzani said that the economic situation of Kurdistan has improved, adding that it moves towards progress and prosperity.
Celebrating the traditional new year Nowruz, Barzani said that everyone felt the crises Kurdistan has experienced, including fighting ISIS, the displacement of hundreds of thousands of citizens, the reduction in the budget and salaries, and the decrease of oil prices.
He added that the war against ISIS is done, and that the economy started to improve.

on the victory of Kurdistan, we have walked the majority of the road ..."
Barzani said, expressing "happiness" for Kurdistan people and for all
Iraqis. He added that Kurdistan is a true partner to Iraq, according to the
constitution.
