Iraqi forces destroy 18 ISIS hideouts in Anbar

The Iraqi security forces has discovered and destroyed 18 hideouts belonging to ISIS terrorists in Anbar Province western Iraq.

According to Iraqi Prime Minister Office media center, during the conflict two suicide bombers who has explosive belt were killed.

It added that the operation has been conducted by Iraqi air forces in north of the international road.

The Iraqi forces also discovered six cars and two explosive packages.

Meanwhile, Salahuddin Province operation committee in cooperation with the Iran Militia in Iraq and Syria (IMIS) conducted an operation to cleanse Tikrit for boosting its security level.

Some wanted individuals were arrested on terrorism charges.

In the meantime, Iraqi Intelligence Agency announced that one the ISIS forces in air force Ayad Sikhoy was arrested in near Mosul.

This is while the Iraqi military group 'Saraya Al Salam' which is in charge of safeguarding Samarra has discovered and foiled a penetration operation in eastern Samarra.

Despite the fact that Anbar Province has been liberated from ISIS terrorists, terrorist operations are reported against civilians and security forces.

On November 4, an extensive military operation started by the Iraqi army in the desert areas in western country to chase the remaining ISIS terrorists elements hiding in the region.

The special operations were conducted in Iraq’s vast western desert area which is located between Salahuddin, Nineveh, and Anbar governorates and has many deep hidden tunnels.
