The Arab-African Council for Integration and Development (AACID) called on Egyptian companies to participate in an economic forum set to be held in The Hague, the Netherlands, to promote reconstruction in Iraq.
The forum will be held from June 27 to 29, with the aim of highlight the investment opportunities available in Iraq.
Many Arab and foreign investors will be invited to the forum, said President of the AACID Emad al-Janabi. Choosing the Netherlands to hold the conference came due to the country's great expertise in the field of infrastructure.
Also, the Netherlands has welcomed forming partnerships with businessmen to back the efforts of reconstructing Iraq, Janabi said.
