MP demands Prime Minister to punish armed militias for crimes, massacre

MP Hybat al-Hulbusi has said in press remarks that paramilitary troops in Iraq must be held responsible for the mass grave that was recently discovered north of Babil.
Al-Hulbusi called upon Prime Minister Adil Abdul Mahdi to investigate further into what happened to the unknown corpses and punish the militias responsible for such massacre.
He also criticized how some places north of Babil are out of the state’s control and are being run by armed militias.
Moreover, Hulbusi wondered why would were the corpses not buried and if the government can do something about the crimes committed by these militias.
