Halbousi, Saudi min. talk boosting investment, activating trade deals

Iraqi Parliament Speaker Mohamed al-Halbousi discussed with Saudi Majid al-Qasabi, Saudi minister of commerce and investment, joint cooperation between the two countries and means to activate bilateral trade agreements.
Halbousi, during the meeting, stressed the determination of Iraq's legislative authority to provide all forms of support to improve the national investment sector and overcome obstacles to development.
For his part, Qasabi expressed Saudi Arabia's desire to provide all forms of support and advisory services to Iraq, to involve Saudi investors in the Iraqi market, and to ensure the continuity of the work of the coordination council between the two countries.
