Saudi Arabia praises Iraq for restoring international role
The Saudi Shura Council has congratulated Iraq on restoring its international role.
While addressing the parliaments' conference, which was hosted in Iraq, Speaker of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Shura Council Dr. Sheikh Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al Al-Sheikh hailed the efforts exerted by King Salman bin Abdulaziz and the Crown Prince to enhance and consolidate bilateral relations.
Moreover, he described the latest developments, notably following a recently concluded visit of the Iraqi Prime Minister Adil Abdul-Mahdi to Riyadh, as a promising gesture that boosts the bilateral ties and serves the two peoples interests.
The Shura Council Chief also expressed wishes of success in maintaining stability and security and pleasure at visiting the country as it recovered and resumed its role, on the regional as well as the international arenas.
