Bomb attack wound civilian northeast of Diyala

A bomb blast has left an Iraqi civilian wounded in Diyala province, a source was quoted saying.
In remarks, the source said an explosive charge went off on Saturday on the outskirts of Khanaqin city, northeast of Diyala, causing the injury of a civilian there.
Troops conducted investigations, the source said indicating an increase in the number of similar attacks.
ISIS sleeper cells are believed to be operating in Iraq and have been responsible for similar assaults and IEDs explosions.
