Former commission chief: Elections could be postponed for another year

Sarbast Mustafa, the former head of Iraq’s Independent High Electoral Commission, said the IHEC has previously conducted elections in the Kurdistan Region, except in 2018, when the polls were managed by the Kurdistan Region’s electoral commission.
