House of Kurdish Family in Tuz Khurmatu Blown up

The house of a Kurdish family in Tuz Khurmatu was blown up by unknown people overnight on Wednesday.
According to the information obtained by BasNews, the attack caused no casualties as the building was unfinished and empty.
No one has so far been arrested over the attack.
Tuz Khurmatu is a Kurdish town in northern Salahaddin province, the areas considered as disputed territories between the Kurdistan Region and Iraq.
The town is now under the control of pro-Iranian Shi’ite militias.
Locals said the neighborhood where the attack was carried out was previously populated by Kurds and Turkmens before the Shi’ite militias took over and forced the majority of Kurds out.
