Two people were killed and injured by ISIS as they were searching for truffles, west of Anbar, an official source said on Saturday.

In remarks, the source said one of the civilians were killed, while the other was wounded as ISIS militants opened fire against them on Haditha-Baiji road, west of Ramadi.

Number of civilians were recently kidnapped and killed as they were collecting truffles in the desert of Anbar.

In February, 12 citizens were abducted from Nakheeb area, while they were collecting truffles. A month later, bodies of five of them were found executed by ISIS in the desert.
