By John Lee. Iraq's Ambassador to Kuwait, H.E. Mr. Al-Manhal Al-Safi, met on Friday with the Kuwaiti Minister of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy, H.E. Dr. Mishaan Al-Otaibi.
