Parl't summons head, members of Federal Supreme Court
The Parliament decided to summon the head and member of the Federal Supreme Court of Iraq, to inquire about some of the decisions issued by the court recently.
During the session, the presidency of the parliament decided to postpone the consideration of the appeals submitted concerning the validity of the membership of some MPs, as it requires the majority of the MPs to be present, the parliament's media service said.
Also, the parliament completed the first reading of the draft law of the Communication and Media Commission (CMC). It also finished the first reading of the draft law of the Supreme Iraqi Navy,
Moreover, the parliament voted on a resolution banning electronic games that incite violence due to their negative effects on the culture and security of the Iraqi society, the media service said.
