Turkey's pro-Kurdish HEDEP changes acronym to ‘DEM’

The change was made following a rejection by Türkiye’s Court of Appeal. Given the similarity between the HDP abbreviation and the banned People's Democracy Party (HADEP), the court disapproved of its use.
