Iraqi forces eliminate ISIS arms transporter, facilitator on Iraq-Syria border

The Iraqi Joint Operations Command successfully took down Samir Khazr Sharif, the chief weapons transporter for ISIS and the orchestrator of member movements between Iraq and Syria along the shared border.
