95% of Foreign Workers in Iraq Are Illegal and Mostly Unskilled, PM Adviser Reveals

In Iraq, out of 1 million foreign workers, a staggering 850,000 lack experience or specialized skills, and 95 percent are working illegally, according to Mazhar Mohammed Saleh, an economic adviser to the prime minister.
