Salih said in a statement to the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that the drop in oil prices to less than $ 30 for a period of not short-term, naturally means dealing with a major financial-economic shock based on the absence of important sovereign resources and depriving the public budget of them, taking into account that the country's budgets It is 92% dependent on oil revenue.
