The real death toll from the novel coronavirus in Iran has exceeded 5,300 cases, media reports cited some medical sources as saying.
This comes while Iran confirms 2,901 new coronavirus cases and 123 new deaths, raising the country’s total to 38,309 with 2640 confirmed deaths
