A child was injured as an improvised explosive device exploded inside a school in Najaf province, a source from the civil defense said on Saturday.
In remarks, the source said, “Civil defense forces in Najaf found more than 126 electric detonators and four hand grenades in Qamar bani Hashim School in al-Makrama district in Najaf.”
One of the detonators went off causing injury of a child, the source added.
