Erbil chows down during food festival

People in the Kurdistan Region's capital of Iraq are gathering at the Food Festival Week in Sami Abdulrahman Park 

More than 100 types of food are being served, including Kurdish, American, European, Middle Eastern and other food types. 

Avi Organization for Health Awareness and Development is organizing the event that began on Saturday and will continue until Friday.

Food is discounted and local restaurants and vendors are using the event to showcase their cuisines.
