An ISIS militant responsible for gathering information on army troops was captured on Sunday by Iraqi security forces in Fallujah, Anbar province.
The jihadist was arrested during an operation in Anbar's Fallujah where the security forces also dismantled a number of bombs which were found in the district of al-Tharthar.
Meanwhile, two other jihadists were captured in the Iraqi city of Mosul, the Ministry of Interior said in a statement.
Major General Saad Maan, a spokesperson for the ministry, explained that the two were arrested in the district of al-Resala, western Mosul.
