KRG Ministry of Finance and Economy responds to Iraqi government

The Iraqi Ministry of Finance has only allocated 560 billion and 217 million dinars, which accounts for only 59% of the total salary. As a result, 41% of civil servants in the region are being deprived of their salaries.
