PUK against delaying elections, agency chief says

The head of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan’s (PUK) Election Agency, Rizgar Haji Hama, told Channel8 on Monday the party is in favor of holding the Kurdistan Region’s parliamentary elections on time and does not wish to postpone them.
