Halgurd Salayi, an advisor to the KRG's Department of Foreign Relations told Kurdistan24 that a Qatari delegation led by Secretary-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ahmad Hassen Al-Hammadi will arrive at Erbil International Airport on Friday.
