The Association of the Petroleum Industry of Kurdistan (APIKUR) pressed on Tuesday for tripartite negotiations involving the federal government and the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) to restart oil exports from the Kurdistan Region through Turkey's Ceyhan port.
