The Iraqi authorities are in talks with Moscow over the purchase of Russian air defense systems S-300, the television news channel Al Arabiya quoted Iraq’s ambassador to Tehran as saying.
"We [Iraq] are in talks with Russia over the purchase of air defense systems S-300," the diplomat said.
