Citizen killed in recent ISIS attack, southwest of Kirkuk

One person was killed in a recent attack by ISIS carried out on Saturday morning, southwest of Kirkuk province.
According to news reports, a group of ISIS militants attacked Rafiaa village near Hawija and killed one resident in his thirties.
The militants managed to escape the area before any security forces or police could arrive.
