100 Athletes in the Clubs Championship for body builders
The competitions of the Iraq Clubs Championship for bodybuilders kicked off today, Saturday, in the Cultural Center hall in Kirkuk, with the participation of more than (100) athletes representing various provincial clubs.
The deputy head of the representative of the Olympic Committee in Kirkuk, Uday Awad, told the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that "the club championship competitions for applicants started this morning in the cultural center hall in the province with wide participation from various provincial clubs, stressing that the tournament is held in order to select the players of the national team to participate in upcoming foreign benefits.
Awad added, "The Central Union decided to hold the tournament in Kirkuk after the great success achieved by the last tournament it organized in the province and provided all the means for its success, stressing that the activities of the applicants' championship are among the important tournaments organized by the Union."
